DEVICE MANAGEMENT
With QDMS Device Management, you can plan all your devices and equipment operations such as Calibration and Verification, manage and report .
Monitoring and control is provided on the basis of device statuses (in use / not in use, etc.). It is ensured that out-of-use devices are not subject to Processing.
Many reports such as upcoming calibrations, past calibrations, calibration cost reports can be obtained automatically from the system.
Device definitions on the basis of device categories can be defined with hierarchical relationships.
Device category and/or device-based operation periods can be determined on a month and day basis; Warnings and reminders are conveyed to the device responsible until the desired day before the period.
Calibration and verification measurement results are either entered into QDMS or requested, or uploaded to QDMS as a certificate document and the transactions are recorded.
